Primax Regal Luxury Enamel is suitable for correctly primed wood and metal surfaces.
Due to its good weather resistance, it may be used as a topcoat on steel, iron, zinc, wood and galvanized substrates,etc

The substrate must be sound, clean, dry, free from dust, oil, grease and laitance etc. All traces of release agents must be removed. On chalky and dusty surfaces, all loose material must be removed by stiff bristle brushing.
The coating may be used on other substrates.
Condition during application
The temperature of the substrate should be minimum 10°C and at least 3°C above the dew point of the air, temperature and relative humidity measured in the vicinity of the substrate. The coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
Brush, roller, airless or air-mix spray
Although this product can be brushed, rolled ragged or sprayed, spray application is recommended to achieve the most uniform finish.

Touch up should be avoided, as a difference in appearance may appear.
An entire area application is preferred to provide a uniform finish. To ensure the desired appearance is achieved, a team of skilled applicators or professional painters is recommended.
Drying times are generally related to air circulation, temperature, film thickness and number of coats, and will be affected correspondingly. The figures given in the table are typical with:

1. Recommended data given for recoating with the same generic type of paint.
2. In case of multi-coat application, drying times will be influenced by the number and sequence and by the total thickness of previous coats applied – reference is made to the corresponding system data sheet.
3. The surface should be dry and free from any contamination prior to application of the subsequent coat.
The given data must be considered as guidelines only. The actual drying time/times before recoating may be shorter or longer, depending on film thickness, ventilation, humidity, underlying paint system, requirement for early handling and mechanical strength etc. A complete system can be described on a system sheet, where all parameters and special conditions could be included.

The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from source of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed.

Health and safety
Please use under well ventilated conditions. Do not breathe or inhale mist. Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water. Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
