A decorative protective coating producing a variety of hammer tone effects, depending upon technique of application. It abrasion resistance have good interior and exterior durability.
It is being widely used on preference for steel almirahs, toys, electrical appliances, optical instruments and for decorative articles.
A selective range of colours available.
Aluminum and tinting pigments dispersed in selected alkyd resin medium.
Special thinner for hammer finish / Petrol.

11-12 meter square / litre, also depending upon application technique.

Remove all rust, dirt, and grease by wire brushing and scraping. Clean the surface with cloth soaked in solvent and apply Primax Hammer Finish after applying Primax Paint. Universal Synthetic Undercoat if required. Thin the hammer finish by point 4:1 Petrol. The air pressure should be 50-60 PS1. The speed of the gun should be traversely steady to get the hammer effect.
