DESCRIPTION
Primax Heat Resisting Paint is directly applied on all steel structures exposed to continuous temperature up to 500 F.H. Resists indoor and outdoor temperature. Provides excellent protection to underlying surfaces.

USES
Suitable for use on Chimney’s Furnace Door, Heat exchangers, Rotary Kin, Hot piping, mufflers and exhaust etc. and steel structures exposed to high temperatures ranging up to 500-600 F.H.

COMPOSITION
Modified Silicone Resin pigmented with selected Aluminum Flakes.

SPREADING RATE & COVERING
8-10 Square meters per Litre. Spreading rate per litre is based upon minimum recommended dry film thickness per coat. Material loss during application is not calculated.
DRYING TIME
Allowed to air dry for 1 hour over coating 16 to 24 hours. 72 hours
maximum.

SURFACE PREPARATION
For best performance of this product applied on carefully prepared substrate, blast cleaning is the most effective method. Remove all other contaminants, oil, grease etc. by use of solvent subsequently washed off with fresh water, the surface to be cleaned and dry before painting. Do not use thick coat to prevent sagging or wrinkling.
