Primax Magic Grout

This shrinkage compensated cementation grout is a ready-to-use dry powder designed for general purpose grouting. By adding a controlled amount of clean water, you can produce a flowing grout suitable for gap thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 100mm.

Recommended Uses: Ideal for filling concrete voids or grouting between a base plate and a substrate, such as grouting a stanchion base plate.

Storage:

• Shelf life: 12 months if stored properly in original unopened packaging
• Conditions: Cool and dry, between +5°C and +35°C
• Protect from direct sunlight, humidity, and frost

Limitations:

• Do not exceed the tile bond/water ratio
• Keep the product away from moisture and dampness

Mixing Instructions:

1. Use mechanical mixing for best results.
2. Pour 2/3 of the gauging water into the mixing pail.
3. Gradually add the grout powder while mixing continuously until a lump-free, smooth consistency is achieved.
4. Add the remaining gauging water and mix for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Recommended equipment: Low speed (max. 500 rpm) electric drill with a basket-type mixing paddle or forced action/stand-type mixers.
