At Primax Paints, we aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. Order Processing

Once an order is placed on our website, our team reviews and processes it during normal business hours.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days, depending on product availability, order quantity, payment confirmation, and delivery location.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Areas

Primax Paints currently delivers products to selected areas within Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s city, product type, order size, and logistics coverage.

If delivery is not available in your area, our team may contact you to discuss possible alternatives.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time may vary by location:

Major Cities: 3–7 working days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order quantity
  • Product weight and volume
  • Courier or transport charges
  • Special handling requirements

The final shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated by our team before order confirmation.

5. Product Handling

Paint products require careful handling during delivery. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are packed and dispatched safely.

Customers are advised to check the product packaging at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please inform our team immediately.

6. Delivery Confirmation

At the time of delivery, the customer or an authorized person may be required to receive the order and confirm delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate. Primax Paints will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details may be shared with the customer through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or phone call. For certain local deliveries or bulk orders, tracking may be provided through our sales or support team.

9. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, dealer orders, project orders, or large quantity purchases, shipping arrangements may be handled separately. Delivery time and charges will be confirmed based on order size and destination.
